Think of GGC as part of the team!
By taking the time to get to know your business, GGC is able to ensure risk mitigation is at play rather than dealing with the issue when it is too late, which costs time and money.
Does Guardian General Counsel handle any litigation that may arise?
GGC strives to aid you in all risk mitigation to hopefully avoid any potential litigation. However, we all know litigation is inevitable. GGC does not litigate in court proceedings however, we will assist in finding the right litigation attorney for the need and will also aid in the management of the case to ensure you are kept informed and advised appropriately.
How does Guardian General Counsel differ from traditional law firms?
Guardian General Counsel provides you with the best of both worlds in legal services. An on-demand attorney without the cost of an executive compensation package. At GGC, we will take the time to get to know your business. You will not be just another billable hour like at a Traditional law firm. Instead GGC will work side-by-side with your executive and management teams to ensure that risk is mitigated and potential issues are addressed before there is a costly issue on your hands.
How do your payment plans work?
You will be billed on monthly basis based on the plan selected: Hourly, Monthly plan (Basic, Focused or Advtantage +, GC for a day, or other flat fee or project plan as agreed. The fees listed do not include applicable taxes (if any) and expenses paid on your behalf. Any travel expenses will be pre-approved by you in order to ensure complete transparency and approval in order to ensure our services fit within your budget.
What is the benefit of the Monthly Subscription Plans?
Many businesses that do not have an in-house legal team often avoid seeking legal advice in order to avoid excessive legal costs associated with traditional law firms. This can sometimes lead to bigger problems and much higher legal costs. Having a monthly subscription plan with GGC allows you the benefit of an on-demand legal counsel that will take the time to get to know your business and offer you the comfort of having an in-house attorney without the cost of an executive compensation and benefit package.
What if I have hours left over in my monthly subscription plan?
Your plan, depending on the term of your plan, includes a roll-over feature which allows flexibility during months where your legal needs may be light. These hours are rolled over to be used in the next month.
